Dan's World Famous Salmon
{ Paired with Caymus Conundrum White }



Atlantic Salmon crusted with hand crushed pistachios and a dash of sea salt baked with fresh squeezed lime juice and Peche Lambic Belgian Peach Beer.

Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese along with Mary’s Gone Crackers organic crackers.

That’s fresh cut avocado in there too, with some cherry tomatoes.

And the fun looking guys in the glass bowl... escargot cooked up in olive oil butter and some fresh garlic.

Best meal ever!
