It's been awhile

It's been way too long since my last post, I hate to admit. Ups and downs with my lupus and the diagnosis of gastroparesis seemed to set me in a very unmotivated state the past few months. Taking my meds with a wine-chaser isn't the best idea, so I think neglecting my blog was the best solution. I plan to pick up the pace a little bit in the upcoming weeks.

A friend just emailed me this quote yesterday and I could picture it as one of those "Uppercase Living" decals that would look great in a kitchen...
