Designer Dog Poo Bags

I know this is really gross, but I had to laugh when I came across this.

Design duo, Nina Dautzenberg & Andrea Gadesmann, of Junge Schactel, went all out on this one. Great branding on such an abstruse product! Maybe it's the designer in me, but they're such cute little bags for doggy bombs.

Love the sayings... "Grab & Go!", "Spoiled Brat", "Scratch & Sniff", "Doggy Style", "Shit Happens", "Size Matters", "Doggy Bag" and "Don't Blame Me"

Sure hope that bag the little pupper's holding is empty!

LOL Gophers

Someone should start a new series called LOL Gophers! For my few readers not familiar with LOL Cats, you need to check it out. Our son thinks they're hilarious.

Anyway, why LOL Gophers? I went outside last night after supper and discovered that the damn gophers in our yard are not just nibbling at our garden, but destroying it. So frustrating!! Some plants are totally missing, some are chewed off at the base of the stem, some are just carcasses laying there. Then on to the herb garden... parsley has been tossed everywhere as if it were a huge salad. Little f'ers!!

Beware, little critters...watch your step!

Don't Bug Me

I stumbled on this and had to laugh. It's the simple things sometimes...

Every time I vent or get excited about something, our 10 year old son always says "I feel a blog coming on!" Luckily, they even have a version of the shirt for him stating "my mom will blog about it."

I should get one and wear it to Sam's Club or Home Depot!

I have nothing really interesting to blog about today, so I had to post this. Was searching for some unique Photoshop Tutorials this morning and recalled this video my husband sent me a few months ago.

Not necessarily a skill we all need to learn, as most designers are pretty fluent with old school techniques, but it cracked me up nonetheless!
